Thai Language Course is offered at two levels:

•  Thai Language for Beginners

•  Thai Conversational Level 2

Aim of Course

The Thai Language for Beginners Course introduces students to the Thai language and enables them to communicate orally in situations of daily life: introducing oneself and others, describing activities at work and in leisure.

The Thai Conversational Level 2 Course aims to further enhance students’ proficiency in speaking.  Students will be exposed to a wider range of topics and acquire more vocabulary.  At the end of the course, students will be equipped with a good foundation of the language to maintain communication on topics relating to their personal and immediate environment.

Methodology

Using English as the medium of instruction, the course emphasizes the intensive practice of grammar, acts of communication, conjugation and vocabulary learned at each lesson through examples, patterns, dialogues, role playing, and drilling exercises to build up fluency skills and confidence. We will also introduce fun ways of learning the language through songs, movies and other media to enhance the cultural understanding of the Thai way of life.
