Student Protection Scheme

TeleLingua undertakes a Student Protection Scheme as stipulated by the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE). This framework seeks to build trust and professionalism in the industry and will serve as a good communication tool for TeleLingua and our students.

 In this scheme, students are to enter a Student Contract, which specifies important issues that both students and School are to observe.

TeleLingua hereby also confirms and undertakes to the Student that we have in place a Student Protection Scheme as stipulated by the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE), by way of Student Tuition Fee Insurance. 

In addition, TeleLingua has been awarded the CaseTrust certificate for Good Business Practices on 25 January 2005.  The certification signifies the display of sound business ethics and TeleLingua's continuous efforts to improve business processes.  You can trust us to assist you in your educational pursuit.
